NDT & Inspection Division The Texian Group has always provided a wide range of quality inspection personnel and methods to its clients. With the acquisition and addition of a Nondestructive Testing and Inspection Division, we are happy to be able to offer a full range of NDT services to complement our existing inspection capabilities. Services: API and CWI Inspectors: The Texian Group employs quality API and CWI inspectors who have a proven history towards integrity and an outstanding work ethic in the industry. We offer inspection personnel certified in API 510, 570, 653 and Certified Welding Inspectors. NDE: All our NDE personnel are thoroughly trained and certified in their field of expertise such as Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Brinel, Positive Material Identification, Ultrasonic Straight & Angle Beam, and Phased Array. Our technicians are well rounded to handle turnaround inspections and on stream evaluations. Shear-wave & Phased Array inspection is an essential tool in welding inspection. These inspection methods are an excellent alternative to radiographic inspection and helps eliminate lost time labor due to barricade restrictions. Shear-wave personnel are required to have at least 5 years minimum experience in their discipline to guarantee the quality of work in the field. Specialty: Our objective is to provide better quality, cost effective NDT services to our clients. This is demonstrated through the use of advanced, up-to-date technology and equipment, including the use of field-generated computer reports.
